Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle Indian patent prosecution matters from start to finish
- Prepare and respond to Office Actions
- Independently attend Patent Office hearings
- Prepare and manage prosecution strategy and communicate with stakeholders
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements:
? Registered Indian Patent Agent
? Strong experience in Indian patent prosecution
? Ability to independently manage prosecution matters and attend hearings
? Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
? US and/or EP prosecution experience will be an added advantage
? Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
? Experience: 4+ years
