Role Description The Consultant Speech Language Pathologist is a partl-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The professional will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children and adults, using standardized tools and clinical observation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, delivering therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and updating documentation and reports.

The role involves collaborating with audiologists, psychologists, behavioral therapists,



occupational therapists, and families to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Additional tasks include counseling clients and caregivers, participating in case discussions, maintaining best-practice standards, and contributing to educational or awareness programs as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Speech Therapy and clinical management of Speech disorders.
- Expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
- Knowledge and experience in evaluating and managing Dysphagia.
- Recognized degree or certification in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Registration or licensure as required by local regulatory bodies.
- Experience working with pediatric and adult populations in clinical or educational settings.
- Ability to create evidence-based, individualized therapy plans and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Solid interpersonal, counseling, and communication skills, with a client-centered approach.
- Comfort working within a multidisciplinary team and participating in case conferences.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices and research.
