Your work profile

- Lead SAP FICO activities across implementation, rollout, enhancement, transformation, and support projects to deliver effective finance and controlling solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and Controlling stakeholders and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and support core SAP FI processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Closing.
- Configure and support SAP CO processes, including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Cost Allocations, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Perform Fit-Gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with SAP best practices and business objectives.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and custom developments, and collaborate closely with ABAP teams.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support engagements, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliation processes, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and end-user support activities.
- Support data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities during project implementations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely functional resolutions to business users.
- Maintain process documentation, configuration documents, training materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, PS, Treasury,



and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end business process integration.

Key Requirements

- 4-6 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Tax Configuration, Financial Closing, and Reporting processes.
- Solid experience in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or transformation project.
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and controlling business processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP configuration, testing, defect management, and production support activities.
- Strong integration knowledge across SAP MM, SD, PP, PS, and related modules.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New General Ledger, Account-Based CO-PA, and SAP Fiori applications.
- Knowledge of Central Finance (CFIN), Treasury & Cash Management, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional project environments.
- Experience in implementation, AMS, enhancement, and support engagements is preferred.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, statutory reporting requirements, and global finance processes is desirable.
- Experience across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Banking, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
