Position Overview

We are looking for a Consultant - SFDC Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

The role requires strong expertise in Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce configuration, and integrations. The candidate will work with business and IT teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, develop applications, and troubleshoot Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architecture discussions.
- Analyze business requirements and develop scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Work on Salesforce CPQ and Deal Desk applications.
- Configure Salesforce using Custom Objects, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Process Builder.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using APIs or middleware.
- Handle data migration, data cleansing, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Provide end-user support and training when required.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Apex Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, preferably Deal Desk applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and/or middleware.
- Experience in data migration, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and scalable solution design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based consulting environment.

Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications.
- Familiarity with recent Salesforce releases and capabilities.
- Exposure to additional Salesforce products or applications.

Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model from Hyderabad.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies.
