Company Description Dr. Yasaswi's Child Development Center, located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, provides comprehensive developmental support to children and their families. A multidisciplinary team of ABA Behavior Analysts, Behavior Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists works together to address Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and a wide range of behavioral, speech, social, academic, and sensory concerns.

Services span from detailed assessment to individualized therapy plans and ongoing guidance for caregivers. The center emphasizes a child-led, play-based approach to foster each child's growth, learning, and confidence, creating a supportive and collaborative environment for both families and professionals.

Role Description The Consultant Occupational Therapist is an onsite role based in Bengaluru at Dr. Yasaswi's Child Development Center. The therapist will conduct assessments to identify motor, sensory, and functional challenges, and design individualized intervention plans that are child-led and play-based.

Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating closely with ABA Behavior Analyst, Speech Therapists, and Behavior Therapists. The role involves guiding caregivers with home-based strategies, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings,



and contributing to program development to enhance overall quality of care. The therapist is expected to maintain ethical practice standards and stay updated with evidence-based approaches in pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of pediatric interventions.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pediatrics to understand developmental conditions, comorbidities, and child health considerations.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and to provide clear guidance and education to families and caregivers.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required.
- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and sensory processing challenges in a clinical or school-based setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to use play-based, child-centered approaches, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and manage a structured therapy schedule.
