About the Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to design, develop, and implement innovative business solutions using Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, with a good understanding of Power Platform governance and ALM practices. Experience with Power Pages is a strong plus and familiarity with Microsoft CoPilot and AI-driven experiences is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, secure Power Platform solutions tailored to business needs.
- Build model-driven and canvas Power Apps integrated with Microsoft Dataverse and other data sources.
- Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Develop visual dashboards and reports in Power BI for effective data analysis and decision-making.




- Develop and deploy secure, high-performance plugins using C# for custom business logic on Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform components with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Apply best practices for solution architecture, performance optimization, and data security.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Power Platform governance, ALM, and CoE strategies.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Hands on experience in Copilot is mandatory
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and its integration capabilities.
- Experience with solution design, data modeling, security roles, and permission management.
- Familiarity with Power Platform connectors, custom connectors, and APIs.
- Ability to write and debug Power Fx and JSON expressions in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
