Job Role The consultant will be involved in supporting client facing engagements across clients in India and abroad, including;

- Support client Global Business Services engagements covering, but not limited to, Program management, GBS Process Excellence, , Sourcing Strategy, Outsourcing Advisory, Location Advisory, Operating Model Design and GBS Implementation




- Current State Assessment and improvement opportunity identification across the operating model
- Designing the Target Operating Model (TOM) for future state processes in a Global Business Services workplace
- Support with EY engagement management activities
- Own the delivery / preparation of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand and client expectations
- Contribute to knowledge development and management
- Contribute to brand development by supporting Business Development, Thought Leadership and Industry connect activities
- Ensure compliance to the firm’s standards, processes and policies

Professional Background
- 1 to 3 years of relevant post MBA experience – Consulting experience with Big 4 (preferred), Outsourcing Service Provider (Business excellence / Solution Design & Implementation) and Global Capability Centres (Process excellence /Transition / Transformation)
- Should have worked in any one or more of following industry verticals – Automotive & Manufacturing, Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences and Energy
- Experience in supporting engagement sales cycle including technical and commercial proposals

Preferred Skills




- Expertise in one or more of the areas listed – process transformation, business process diagnostics, business case analysis & planning, Service sourcing, RFP process, Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup, GBS transformation or Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements
- Exposure to ERP suite like Oracle, SAP and other technologies like RPA / AI / ML / workflows / Function specific tools
- Experience with process mapping and optimisation tools like Microsoft Visio, IBM, Celonis etc.
- Hands on experience with different data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI

- The consultant would be required to travel to client locations
