Role & responsibilities

1. AM Routine Ops to service and drive a set of 2-3 assigned businesses and attend to daily jobs from ATL, Digital, Social, Production, Media and any other allied function not mentioned here. The expectation is to be sincere towards your work, right from client briefing till taking it internally, organizing the work flow and delivery as per agreed timeline all with a flair of doing outstanding work. In three words youll need to work closely with your Manager with a mindset to get things done. At the same time, its expected that youll be honest, a team player and demonstrate ownership of your work at Cheil.
2. Strengthening Client Relationship By virtue of the work itself and through added effort of building bridges with client team on a daily basis. This would include responding sensibly to clients, understanding their needs or pain points and document them for discussing internally, and align all stakeholders towards agreed timelines. In addition, share proactive insights from category with teams.

Integrated solutions provider At Cheil, you’ll get to work closely with multiple functions and need to be a learner on the feet so that you can work towards accomplishing these tasks in a timely manner.
4. New Business Pitches – contribute to NB pitches as and when assigned and willing to do the extra stretch towards putting together an impactful show.

Preferred candidate profile Integrated agency professional with 2-4 years of experience in client servicing.

Candidates must possess hands-on execution experience across ATL, digital, social, production, and media operations, coupled with a execution-focused mindset to manage daily workflows and client relationships.

Understanding of both traditional (mainline) and digital ecosystem dynamics, including influencer landscapes.
