Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Business Transformation projects and project plans
- Conduct business diagnostics through process walkthroughs, discussions and data analysis
- Identify process gaps, control failures,
delays and operational bottlenecks
- Design efficient and scalable To-Be processes and controls
- Identify opportunities for automation, AI and process standardization
- Define KPIs, roles & responsibilities, authority and control matrices
- Support ERP/application implementation, validation and user handholding
- Structure and analyze business data to generate actionable insights
- Develop Power BI dashboards and KPI reports
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive process adoption and compliance
- Present findings, recommendations and improvement opportunities to stakeholders
Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
