Position: Consultant Anaesthesiologist – Anaesthesia & Critical Care

Qualifications and Experience
- MD or DNB in Anaesthesiology from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of post-PG experience.
- Valid registration with the relevant Medical Council.
- Experience in ICU management, critical care, ventilator management, and emergency care is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage anaesthesia for elective and emergency surgical procedures.
- Conduct pre-anaesthetic evaluations and formulate perioperative management plans.
- Duty Hours: 10 Hours
- Night Shift: Only if Required
- Administer general, regional, spinal, epidural, and other anaesthesia techniques as required.
- Manage difficult airways, emergency resuscitation, and perioperative complications.
- Supervise and manage ICU operations,
including critically ill and ventilated patients.
- Develop and implement ICU protocols and clinical best practices.
- Provide emergency critical-care support across the hospital.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to quality, safety, and infection-control standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, staff training, and hospital development initiatives.
Remuneration and Benefits
Annual CTC: ₹34-36 LPA (2.5 lakh - 3 lakh/month)
