Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with 4–7+ years of experience to manage construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate should have strong knowledge of site execution, project planning, team coordination, quality control, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage construction projects from start to completion.

- Monitor daily site activities, progress, quality, and safety.

- Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion.

- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, and workers.

- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

- Check drawings, measurements, quantities, and construction work.

- Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, painting, and finishing works.

- Resolve site and project-related issues.

- Prepare project progress reports and maintain project records.

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards,



and timelines.

Eligibility

- Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech Civil / Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Experience: 4–7+ years in Construction / Project Management.

- Good knowledge of construction execution, site management, materials, and quality control.

- Positive communication, coordination, and team-handling skills.

- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.

- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.

- PF + ESI.
