Construction Project Manager in Ghaziabad-Real Estate Plotted Development Are you a results-driven construction professional looking to make a tangible impact on real estate infrastructure development? We're seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to spearhead our plotted development initiatives and drive operational excellence.

Compensation Position Overview ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

Work Location Field-based / On-site (active construction sites in Ghaziabad region)

Work Schedule 7 days per week as per business requirements with flexible leave on request

Reporting Structure Direct reporting to Managing Director (high visibility role)

The Role: What You'll Do As Construction Project Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our plotted development operations, ensuring seamless execution from groundbreaking to handover. Your strategic oversight and hands-on leadership will directly impact project success and company growth.

Project Planning & Execution

- Oversee complete plotted development infrastructure including road construction, drainage systems installation, utility connections (water, electricity, sewage), and boundary wall structures
- Translate architectural and engineering drawings into actionable site execution plans
- Ensure strict adherence to approved specifications, building codes, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations throughout all project phases

Site Supervision & Quality Assurance

- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Identify and resolve execution challenges, design conflicts, or site constraints proactively to prevent project delays




- Implement and monitor quality control protocols at every stage of construction

Team Leadership & Contractor Management

- Lead, motivate, and coordinate on-site teams including supervisors, laborers, and technical staff
- Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
- Evaluate contractor performance and negotiate contracts to optimize project outcomes

Budget & Resource Management

- Monitor and control project budgets, tracking expenditures against approved allocations
- Optimize material consumption and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion within scheduled timelines

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments (procurement, finance, design) and senior management
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to the Managing Director
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, and compliance records

Essential Qualifications What You Bring to the Table

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution




- 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in real estate construction projects ( People with very high years of experience and not recommended to apply)
- Prior experience in plotted development, layout projects, or residential/commercial infrastructure is highly preferred

- Excellent site management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent activities
- Deep understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, structural plans, and technical specifications
- Robust problem-solving mindset with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and legal compliance requirements
