A.S. Jagtap & Co. is looking for Site Supervisors to join our road and civil construction project team.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating labour and machinery and ensuring smooth execution of construction work.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with labour, contractors and machinery operators.
- Manage day-to-day manpower deployment.
- Monitor construction machinery and equipment utilization.
- Ensure work is carried out according to instructions and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers and project management.
- Maintain daily work and progress records.
- Report site requirements and issues to senior management.
- Assist with site measurements and material requirements.




- Monitor proper utilization of construction materials.
- Maintain discipline and coordination among workers.
- Ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Candidates with relevant construction-site experience may also apply.

Experience
- Fresher to 3 years.
- Candidates with road/civil construction experience will be preferred.

Skills Required
- Good site supervision skills.
- Labour and machinery coordination.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of construction activities.
- Ability to work at project locations.
- Responsible and hardworking attitude.
