We are seeking an experienced Construction Head to lead and oversee residential and real estate development projects from planning through execution and final handover. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of successfully delivering a minimum of 3–4 projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end construction management and project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
- Oversee site operations, construction quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate construction and project management.
- Must have successfully delivered at least 3–4 residential or real estate projects.
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, project execution, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Strong skilled references from previous employers, developers, consultants, or clients are mandatory.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
