Role Description The Construction Inspector role at Leadre is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Construction

Inspector will conduct detailed site inspections of residential properties, assessing structural, functional, and finishing quality in line with Leadre’s verification framework.

Responsibilities include reviewing construction quality, documenting findings, identifying defects or non-compliance issues, and preparing clear, structured inspection reports for clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, engaging with property representatives when needed,



and ensuring that all inspections follow established standards and checklists.

The Construction

Inspector will help homebuyers gain clarity and confidence by providing objective, evidence-based assessments of property conditions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Site Inspections and Inspection, with the ability to systematically assess property conditions and document findings.
- Experience in Quality Control and Construction Management, ensuring adherence to building standards, safety norms, and project specifications.
- Knowledge of Asphalt and other construction materials, with the ability to evaluate their application and performance where relevant.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and residential construction practices.
- Ability to prepare clear, structured inspection reports and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working on-site, conducting physical inspections, and using relevant tools or measurement equipment.
- Prior experience in property inspection, quality audits, or real estate advisory is an advantage.
