Must Have: Identifies the CIs and products. Plans and manages a population of the Configuration Management S ystem. Controls the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supporte CIs. Provides and maintains information on CMDB.Directs, prioritizes and schedules audits, ensures that any corrective action identified in Process and/or Database audits are carrie out.
Interfaces with other processes and CI owners to ensure they follow the defined Configuration Management process. Ensure regular housekeeping of theCMDB.
