Conference Producer – The Conference Producer is responsible for planning and executing conferences and business events. The role includes identifying and onboarding speakers, coordinating with hotels and venues, managing event agendas, and ensuring smooth event delivery.
Key responsibilities include reaching out to speakers, confirming participation, collecting session details, coordinating hotel bookings and banquet arrangements, managing event timelines, and handling in office event execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good negotiation ability, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
