Senior Associate Content Moderator

Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad

Salary Package

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, comments, and data annotations, according to community guidelines and client policies.
- Identify, flag, remove, or classify content that violates platform policies, including spam, phishing, abuse, inappropriate content, and intellectual property violations.




- Ensure accurate and consistent content moderation while following established quality and safety guidelines.
- Document moderation decisions, investigations, and escalations accurately in internal systems.
- Complete assigned cases within defined SLAs and productivity targets.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail while following company and client policies.
