Role Description This is an on-site Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence Engineer contract role based in Kochi. The engineer will design, implement, and optimize computer vision and AI models for real-world applications, including data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements, building scalable pipelines, integrating models into production systems, and troubleshooting performance issues. The role also involves staying current with the latest research, experimenting with current architectures and algorithms,



and documenting solutions for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in computer vision and machine learning, including experience with image processing, feature extraction, and deep learning–based vision models.
- Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and related libraries for training and deploying models.
- Solid programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or similar, with experience building production-quality code and reusable modules.
- Experience designing and working with data pipelines, including data collection, labeling, preprocessing, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of deploying models to cloud or edge environments, using APIs, containers, or microservices architectures.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in applied AI projects, research contributions, or participation in competitions (e.g., Kaggle) is an advantage.
