Computer OperatorJob Summary

We are looking for a Computer Operator who is proficient in Microsoft Excel, has good computer skills, and is willing to learn and adapt to the company’s software systems, processes, and procedures. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling routine data entry and computer-based administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems and records.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Use Microsoft Excel for basic calculations, data management, sorting, filtering, and reporting.
- Operate and effectively use company-provided software and applications.
- Follow company procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
- Learn and adapt to recent software, tools, and internal processes as required.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments when required for data and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Requirements




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good typing and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and company procedures.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirements).
- Previous experience as a Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator, or in a similar role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
