Role Description This is a full-time, in office Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role based in Ahmedabad. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-precision aerospace components according to engineering drawings and process specifications. Daily responsibilities include selecting and installing tools, loading programs, performing test runs, and adjusting machine parameters to achieve required tolerances.

The role involves performing in-process inspections,



recording measurements, and collaborating with quality and engineering teams to resolve machining issues. The CNC Machinist will also carry out routine machine maintenance, follow safety and cleanliness standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC equipment.
- Candidates should possess practical Machining skills for turning, milling, and complex aerospace components.
- Candidates should possess Milling skills for precision part production and surface finish control.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including interpreting inspection reports and using measurement tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T;, and machining process documentation.
- Experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of CNC programming basics (e.g., G-code), offsets, and tooling selection is an advantage.
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred, along with relevant shop-floor experience.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced production environment.
