Role Description

- Prepare CNC programs for Turning / VMC machines.
- Study engineering drawings and 3D models before programming.
- Select proper cutting tools, inserts,



and machining parameters.
- Optimize cycle time without compromising quality.
- Troubleshoot machining issues related to program.
- Modify programs for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Maintain program records and revision control.
- Coordinate with Quality and Production departments.
- Ensure safety standards during machine trials.

Qualifications

Education: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical or related field

Experience: 4–5 years in CNC Programming – Turning / VMC

CNC Controls: Fanuc / Mitsubishi
