About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer & Network Support Executive to join our IT team at Silvassa. This is an excellent chance for freshers who want to build their career in IT Infrastructure, Network Support, and System Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide first-level technical support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in LAN/WAN network monitoring and maintenance.
- Support CCTV systems and other IT infrastructure components.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
- Coordinate with senior IT team members for issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Required Skills
Basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking
Windows OS Installation & Troubleshooting
LAN/WAN Fundamentals
Printer & Peripheral Support
Basic Knowledge of CCTV Systems (Preferred)
Good Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
