WE ARE HIRING – EXCEL TRAINER

Udayan Care – UCSL Program is looking for a skilled and committed Excel Trainer to join our team at Ballabhgarh, Haryana.

Position: Excel Trainer

Location: Ballabhgarh, Haryana

Program: UCSL

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 CTC per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct practical and engaging training sessions on MS Excel, including Advanced Excel and data management.
- Train candidates on formulas, functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, dashboards and other relevant Excel tools.
- Develop training content based on learners’ skill levels and employability requirements.
- Provide placement support, including interview preparation, CV guidance and coordination with employers.
- Support mobilization and outreach activities to identify and enroll suitable candidates for the training program.
- Monitor learner attendance, progress and performance and provide guidance as required.
- Conduct assessments and maintain learner performance and training records.
- Coordinate with the team for placement activities, candidate tracking and post-training follow-up.
- Support candidates in developing practical, job-oriented Excel skills for workplace readiness.





CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Prior experience as an Excel Trainer, MS Office Trainer, Computer Trainer or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel, particularly Advanced Excel and practical data-handling techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in placement support, mobilization or skilling programs will be an added advantage.
- Ability to train candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
- Passion for working with youth and supporting their employability and career development.
