We are looking for a skilled Computer Embroidery Operator to operate computerized embroidery machines and execute embroidery designs accurately as per approved samples and production requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor computerized embroidery machines.
- Execute embroidery designs as per approved artwork, samples, and specifications.
- Set up machines, select appropriate threads, needles, hoops, and materials.
- Check embroidery quality, alignment, stitching, and finishing.
- Identify and resolve basic machine and stitching issues.
- Coordinate with Designers, CAD/Embroidery teams, and Production teams.
- Make required adjustments to ensure accurate embroidery output.
- Maintain proper records of embroidery production and material usage.
- Ensure machines and work areas are clean and properly maintained.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in computerized embroidery, preferably in the fashion/apparel industry.
- Knowledge of computerized embroidery machines and embroidery techniques.
- Basic understanding of embroidery designs, fabrics, threads, and stitching.
- Valuable attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work within production timelines.
- Relevant embroidery machine/software experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical training may also be considered.
