Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CAD Operator to create and modify digital designs, patterns, and layouts as per designer requirements and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop CAD designs, patterns, and layouts as per design specifications.

Convert sketches and concepts into accurate digital designs.

Prepare patterns and files for sampling and production.

Make design modifications and corrections based on feedback.

Coordinate with Designers, Pattern Masters, Sampling, and Production teams.

Ensure accuracy in measurements, proportions, detailing, and specifications.

Maintain and organize CAD files and design records.

Ensure timely completion of assigned CAD work.

Required Skills

Proficiency in relevant CAD software such as StitchMax / CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator or similar.

Good understanding of garment construction, patterns, and fashion design.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to understand design sketches and technical instructions.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple designs.

Preferred
