Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Compliance & Risk Officer to ensure our operations meet all regulatory standards and to manage company-wide risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance

1. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
2. Creates and updates company policies
3. Conducts compliance audits and reviews
4. Trains employees on regulatory requirements

5. Investigates compliance breaches
6. Works with regulators and auditors
7. Monitors changes in laws and implements necessary changes

Risk Management

1. Identifies operational risks

2. Performs risk assessments
3. Designs preventive and detective controls
4.



Tests whether controls are working effectively
5. Tracks issues and remediation plans
6. Reports risk metrics to senior management
7. Supports internal and external audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years proven experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit - _Freshers will not be considered_
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance
- Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience handling internal/external audits preferred
