Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance professional with expertise in statutory compliance, payroll, labour laws, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, LWF, and Shops & Establishment Act.
- Ensure timely statutory returns, challans, records, and documentation.
- Handle monthly payroll, salary structures, and statutory deductions.
- Manage F&F; settlements, gratuity, leave encashment, and recoveries.
- Manage leave, attendance, HRMS, employee records, and HR MIS.
- Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain working knowledge of Drug License requirements and compliance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, BBA, or related field; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Compliance, Payroll & HR Operations.
- Solid knowledge of Labor Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, PT, and Drug License compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
