Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure statutory, regulatory & labour law compliance.
2. Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
3. Manage timely filings, challans, returns & documentation.
4. Coordinate with government authorities, consultants & auditors.
5. Monitor compliance calendars and regulatory updates.
6. Identify compliance gaps and ensure corrective actions.
7. Support the Legal & Compliance Head in audits and risk management.
