- Mega-Scale Developments:

Be part of the development of over 22 million sq. ft. of integrated Airport City projects across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, and Guwahati. Iconic Mixed-Use Portfolio.

- Lead the compliance framework and statutory governance of premium developments including:
- 5-Star Hotels
- Grade-A Business Parks
- Retail & Entertainment Destinations
- Convention & Exhibition Centers
- Arenas and Mixed-Use Urban Precincts

- Global Exposure

Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, consultants,



regulatory authorities, legal teams, and business stakeholders.

- Strategic Leadership Impact

Acting as the central compliance custodian, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely identification, tracking, and closure of compliance obligations while mitigating organizational risks.

Role Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Engineering, Management, Commerce, or related discipline (MBA in Infrastructure/Business Management is an added advantage)
- 12-15 years of experience in compliance, governance, risk management, audit, legal compliance, or regulatory affairs
- Experience in infrastructure, airport, real estate, construction, utilities, or large-scale project environments is preferred
- Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder compliance requirements across project lifecycles, with expertise in Statutory, Labour Law, Environmental, and Contractual Compliance.
