Ensure labour law compliance, maintain statutory registers/forms, and timely file compliance reports. Strong knowledge of PF, ESI and Gratuity norms. Exposure to payroll, attendance, salary processing, recruitment and exit formalities preferred.

MBA HR / LLB with 5-8 yrs Experience as a Labour Compliance Officer with a reputed Real Estate/Construction Organisation with valuable knowledge of Compliance, PF, ESI & Gratuity norms, Payroll,Attendance
