We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Executive to manage legal documentation, recovery and case follow-ups, licensing, government coordination, and regulatory matters. The role will involve coordination with advocates, field teams, government authorities, and internal departments, along with handling field visits and other legal assignments delegated by senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recovery follow-ups, cheque follow-ups, and filed case coordination.

- Coordinate with advocates, field representatives, government authorities, and internal departments.

- Prepare and maintain agreements, affidavits, notices, applications, and other legal documents.

- Manage licensing and regulatory work, including Sulphur and Bitumen Emulsion Plant licenses.

- Handle land documentation and related follow-ups.

- Coordinate FIR filing, police station visits, and other legal/government-related matters.

- Coordinate Embassy-related work, Bhutan audit,



and Bangladesh company registration.

- Handle documentation such as Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, birth and marriage registration as required.

- Conduct field visits whenever required.

- Follow up on miscellaneous business calculations and other assigned matters.

- Handle day-to-day assignments and special tasks delegated by senior management.

Requirements

- LLB or relevant legal qualification preferred.

- Experience in legal documentation, compliance, licensing, recovery, and government liaison will be an advantage.

- Strong follow-up, communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

- Willingness to travel/undertake field visits as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
