Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with various labour laws, including the Contract Labour Act, Factories Act, Gratuity Act, ESI Act, PF Act, Bonus Act, Industrial Laws, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Manage statutory compliances, including preparation and filing of returns, applications, forms, and other statutory documents with the relevant authorities.
- Handle gate pass processing and maintain proper records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers, records, and other compliance-related documents as required under applicable laws.
- Process and coordinate payroll-related data and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Conduct regular compliance audits to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of effective processes and strategies to ensure legal and statutory compliance across operations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and government authorities for smooth execution of compliance activities.
- Handle processing, renewal, amendment, and maintenance of various licences, including:
- Fire Licence
- Factory Licence
- Contract Labour Licence
- Food Licence
- Other applicable statutory licences and registrations
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely renewal of registrations, licences, and statutory approvals.
- Assist in responding to statutory notices and queries from government authorities, wherever required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance / Labour Law / Statutory Compliance or a similar domain.
- Good working knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Factory compliance, and other labour-related legislation.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and government authorities.
- Candidates with experience in handling statutory licences, audits, registers, and government liaison will be preferred.
Location : Malad, Pen , Airoli (Mumbai) & Pune City - Balewadi
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
