Job Purpose The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will support client projects by reviewing policies and business documentation, analyzing electronic communications and online presence, identifying potential regulatory and policy concerns, and preparing detailed reports on project findings. The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with a global service team.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Compliance Review

- Review client policies, procedures, and other documents to identify potential regulatory and policy issues.
- Conduct searches of electronic communications and analyze findings for potential compliance concerns.
- Perform online presence and social media reviews in accordance with project requirements.
- Document findings accurately using ACA proprietary software.

Project Execution & Reporting
- Assist with project scoping, planning, and execution.
- Prepare client reports summarizing the scope of work, review process, and key findings.
- Track assignment progress using project management tools and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Team Collaboration




- Complete assignments independently within applicable client and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with global service teams to ensure timely and effective project completion.
- Support ad-hoc assignments and special projects related to client and internal initiatives.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet tight client deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience in regulatory compliance, risk, research, due diligence, investigations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet-based research.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.
- Fluency in either German or Chinese is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive client information. The candidate must be able to independently manage assigned projects, identify potential regulatory concerns through structured reviews, prepare clear client reports, and collaborate effectively with international teams.
