Role & responsibilities

- Manage Compensation & Benchmarking assignments for domestic clients across industries.

- Work closely with clients to understand their compensation strategy, organizational structure, and talent requirements.

- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis for various roles and levels.

- Develop compensation benchmarks based on relevant industry, geography, company size, role, and experience parameters.

- Analyze salary structures, fixed and variable compensation, benefits, and other components of total rewards.

- Prepare compensation benchmarking reports, dashboards, and client presentations with actionable insights.

- Support clients in designing or reviewing salary structures, pay ranges, compensation frameworks, and market positioning.

- Conduct market research and analyze compensation data from relevant sources.

- Interact directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements, present findings, and address queries.

- Manage assignments independently from requirement gathering through analysis,



report preparation, and client presentation.

- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of client projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate/MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute, preferably in HR, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.

- Experience in Management Consulting, HR Consulting, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Compensation Benchmarking.

- Solid experience in client-facing consulting assignments is preferred.

- Good understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, market pay data, and total rewards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and translate it into meaningful client insights.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to independently manage multiple client assignments and deliverables.
