Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary Professional Student based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting in corporate secretarial compliance, including preparation and filing of statutory documents and forms with regulatory authorities. Day-to-day tasks include drafting notices, agendas, minutes of meetings, and maintaining statutory registers and records.

The position also requires support in ROC filings, event-based compliances, and coordination with clients for information and documentation.



The role provides practical training under guidance of senior professionals, with opportunities to learn corporate law, governance, and compliance processes.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing Company Secretary (CS) Professional program from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Strong understanding of Companies Act, corporate governance, and basic secretarial standards.
- Positive drafting skills for notices, minutes, resolutions, and professional correspondence.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, registers, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online filing portals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor when dealing with clients.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, take guidance, and work collaboratively with the team on-site.
