Job Purpose To provide safe, reliable, punctual, and professional driving services to the Director for official, personal, and business-related travel, while maintaining strict confidentiality and ensuring the vehicle is always maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the Director safely and professionally to meetings, factory visits, business appointments, airport, residence, and other destinations.
- Ensure timely arrival at all scheduled destinations and plan routes considering traffic and travel time.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Director's schedule, business discussions, visitors, and personal information.
- Maintain the vehicle in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
- Conduct routine checks of fuel, tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, coolant, and other essential vehicle requirements.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing, insurance, pollution certificate, repairs, and other maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel, servicing, repairs, tolls, parking, and other vehicle-related expenses.
- Assist with loading/unloading documents, business materials, luggage, or other items when required.
- Remain flexible regarding working hours based on the Director's schedule, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and outstation travel when required.




- Follow all traffic rules and maintain a safe and responsible driving record.
- Keep the Director informed of traffic conditions, route delays, and any travel-related issues.
- Maintain qualified conduct and appearance while representing the Director and GSONS Industries.

Candidate Profile
- Valid LMV driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal/family/corporate driver, preferably for senior management or a business owner.
- Good knowledge of Chennai city, OMR, ECR, airport routes and major business locations.
- Experience with automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Positive communication skills and a polite, trustworthy personality.
- Punctual, disciplined, dependable, and physically fit.
- Ability to use Google Maps/navigation and smartphone applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and undertake outstation trips when required.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
