We are hiring an experienced Consultant for our Advance Surveillance Team (AST) to support one of the highest political leaders of Rajasthan. The AST functions as a specialized pre-event surveillance and leadership-support framework, ensuring every campaign activity and public program is executed flawlessly. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in political consulting, a creative mindset for public perception enhancement, and a firm right-wing ideological alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy to designated districts 24 to 48 hours prior to scheduled events to oversee on-ground preparations and verify all official content, speech sequencing, and logistical setups.
- Coordinate parallel operations between the district administration machinery and local party cadres.
- Identify and structure high-impact beneficiary engagements, ensuring genuine citizens and government scheme beneficiaries have the opportunity to share testimonials.
- Manage real-time public hearing (Jan Sunwai) mechanics,



selecting and vetting genuine complainants for interactions based on public credibility and community relevance.
- Brainstorm and benchmark new political PR ideas by monitoring the strategies of other national leaders when not deployed on the field.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience in political consulting, campaign management, or political operations.
- Solid right-wing ideological alignment and understanding of current socio-political dynamics in Rajasthan.
- Exceptional field coordination skills and the ability to work under high-pressure, fast-evolving schedules.
- Base location is Jaipur, but candidates must be willing to travel extensively on a rotational basis across Rajasthan.
