The role involves community outreach, identification of potential beneficiaries, awareness generation, candidate counselling,

The Community Mobilizer will conduct grassroots outreach and candidate mobilization across Ahmedabad, identify eligible beneficiaries through local networks and community groups, counsel and mobilize candidates for residential skill development programs, conduct field visits and awareness activities, support documentation, enrollment, verification and onboarding, maintain field records and reports, coordinate with the project team, and independently achieve assigned mobilization targets.
