About the Role

Melorbis is looking for a passionate and empathetic Community Development Manager with a strong background in Psychology to lead community engagement, wellbeing initiatives, and relationship-building efforts. The ideal candidate will use their understanding of human behavior to design programs that foster trust, connection, and growth within the community.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, plan, and implement community development programs and initiatives

· Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, stakeholders, and internal teams

· Apply psychological principles to understand community needs, motivations, and behavior patterns

· Organize engagement activities, workshops, and events to strengthen community participation

· Address community concerns, conflicts, or grievances with empathy and professionalism

· Monitor community sentiment and feedback; prepare reports and insights for leadership





· Collaborate with marketing, HR, and operations teams to align community initiatives with company goals

· Develop strategies to improve member satisfaction, retention, and overall community wellbeing

· Mentor and guide junior team members or volunteers involved in community outreach

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Organizational, or Social Psychology preferred)

· Prior experience in community management, HR, Counseling with group of cohorts.

· Solid interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to understand and manage group dynamics and individual behavior

· Problem-solving mindset with a people-first approach

· Good organizational and event-planning abilities

· Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting and documentation
