1. Provide supportive supervision to WPA on sustainability intervention :

Ensure implementation of quality programming and program arrangement of resources. Provide leadership support and guidance for team in sustainability based on WaSH approaches, IWR, (Integrated Water Resource management). Review of design and give feedback on quality improvement of the programs.

Develop planning monthly, quarterly for execution and be responsible for execution of planned programs, rolling out training module for execution with the communities in technical level for better execution and community engagement.

Initiate program quality development plans in place and engage in execution of strategic programming in terms of developing strategic execution plans and documentation of different demonstration and program. Execute reporting system with quality reporting.

Regularly monitor day today activities of WPA- Project locations for support purpose specially WPA operation team and partners.

Complete the work timely, assign the work timely with the team. LWI’s regulatory compliance report, preparing a weekly work plan and a monthly report detailing the results of the CCM activities reviewed and approved by the Program Supervisor/Officer

2. Lead in forefront of implementation of WaSH program.

Demonstration of specific sustainable model / best practices in WPA and dissemination & scaling up identifying right partners on WaSH intervention. Facilitate Field exercises, survey, developing process, assessment, equipping the staff on through trainings and engaging with communities on entrepreneur development. Documentation of case study, events documented.

Develop and engage with team to disseminate IEC, Behavioral change communication, WaSH campaign and water Project intervention CLTS, Swachh Vidyalya concept.





Support the field team to conduct the capacity building of GP/Village committees on institutional building (regular meetings, building linkages, building organization and technical skills, monitoring, review, etc.)

3. CLTS Triggering

Use participatory tools (e.g., mapping, transect walks, shift calculation) to raise awareness and provoke community action against open defecation.

Support the formation of community sanitation committees and action groups to lead ODF efforts.

Assist communities in creating locally appropriate plans to build toilets and eliminate open defecation practices

Track household toilet construction, usage, and hygiene improvements; identify barriers and support solutions.

Encourage maintenance of latrines, handwashing facilities, and adoption of solid and liquid waste management.

4. Capacity building/ Mentoring of the Project team.

Intentionally empower the communities on knowledge of public welfare schemes & linkage for access, focusing on special sections. Rural poor related Acts, schemes, and programs. SIG strengthening. Through understanding on National Rural Health to have alignment of WPA program. Train and develop process documents and equip staff and implementation team.

Assist in proposal development, and concept notes. Procure IEC from secondary sources. Dissemination of communication materials, training, and execution manual.

5. Field Monitoring & Infrastructure oversight

Conduct regular field visits to monitor program activities, provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality implementation

Assess feasibility and supervise the construction of Water & Sanitation infrastructure to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.

Perform periodic functionality checks of water systems to ensure ongoing performance and effectiveness in meeting community needs

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
