Community Adviser

Citizens Advice Northumberland is seeking a Community Adviser to deliver services across our county offices and outreach locations. While prior advice experience is preferred, we welcome applications from highly motivated individuals eager to learn and develop through our comprehensive training programme.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, robust digital skills, and a genuine commitment to our mission. The ability to travel to various sites throughout Northumberland is essential for this role.

Vacancy Details

Salary: £25,090 – £27,550 depending on relevant experience

Hours: As part of our commitment to being a flexible employer, applications are welcomed from candidates who are able to offer anything up to 37 hours a week.

Location: Northumberland based
