Role & responsibilities

- Deliver structured English language training sessions for adult learners.

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools.

- Improve students spoken and written communication skills.

- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress.

- Maintain attendance, training records, and update MIS on time.

- Support students in interview preparation and workplace communication.

- Ensure an engaging, disciplined, and learner-friendly classroom setting.

- Coordinate with centre team for batch planning and training schedules.

- Follow project guidelines and maintain training quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of experience in teaching English language to adult learners.

- Sound knowledge of English language (spoken and written).

- Basic IT and computer skills (MS Office, online tools, MIS entry).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to engage and motivate adult learners.

- Good classroom management and assessment skills.
