Key Responsibilities
- Must be fluent in at least two languages, preferably English, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests, VIPs, family groups, and international visitors.
- Communicate in a explicit, polite, enthusiastic, and guest-friendly manner.
- Respond professionally to guest questions and provide accurate information.
- Assist during emergencies, administer basic first aid where required, and alert the in-house hospital if needed.
- Promote food options and merchandise where appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
