Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gujarat, and Maharashtra. In this position, the associate identifies and approaches prospective clients, presents product and service offerings, and manages the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Daily responsibilities include conducting in-person meetings, maintaining accurate sales records, following up on inquiries, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role also involves working with internal teams to understand pricing, promotions, and product updates, while consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.





Compensation for this role is primarily commission-based, rewarding high performance and strong sales results.

Qualifications

- Proven ability to generate leads, build a sales pipeline, and close deals in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present products and negotiate with diverse customers.
- Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, including conducting regular in-person client meetings and field visits.
- Basic proficiency with sales tools and documentation, such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting dashboards.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Prior experience in commission-based or retail/field sales roles is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn product knowledge, follow ethical sales practices, and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
