We are looking for skilled and motivated Commis Chefs for our Tandoor, Indian, and Chinese sections. The candidate will assist senior chefs in food preparation, maintain quality and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food as per the assigned kitchen section and standard recipes.
- Assist CDP/Sous Chef in daily mise-en-place and food preparation.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion size.
- Follow standard recipes and instructions provided by senior chefs.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labelling of food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and kitchen area.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
