About the Role

Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, one of Uttarakhand’s most exclusive luxury glamping resorts inspired by the legacy of Sir George Everest, is looking for a passionate and versatile Commis Chef (All-Rounder) to join our culinary team. This is a great opportunity for someone with early career experience who’s eager to grow in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across multiple sections (Indian, Continental, Chinese and Breakfast).
- Maintain top standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and organization.
- Support senior chefs in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
- Manage ingredients, inventory, and food storage efficiently.
- Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced culinary professionals.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in a professional kitchen (hotel or resort experience preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Indian and Continental cuisines.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and eagerness to learn.
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management preferred.
