- Prepare Continental dishes and pizzas as per standard recipes.
- Handle pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and baking.
- Manage daily mise en place and ensure timely preparation.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist the Chef de Partie during daily kitchen operations and service.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and freshness of ingredients.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Control food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
- Support and guide Commis 2 and other junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure smooth and timely service during busy operations.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
