Job Title: Commercial Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead Purchase, Stores, Inventory and Dispatch operations and manage a team of approximately 10 members. The candidate must have robust experience in a manufacturing/engineering company, good knowledge of electrical and mechanical components, and hands-on expertise in SAP Business One (SAP B1).

Roles and Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end Purchase, Stores, Inventory and Dispatch operations.

● Establish and implement SOPs, processes, workflows and defined timelines for Purchase, Stores and Dispatch activities.

● Define clear TATs, responsibilities, approval workflows and accountability for each activity.

● Identify process gaps, eliminate delays and ensure timely closure of pending activities.

● Manage procurement of Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Automation, Steel, Fasteners, Raw Materials and Machining Components.

●Review BOMs,



material requirements, drawings and technical specifications and ensure timely material availability.

● Handle vendor development, negotiation, PO creation, delivery tracking and supplier performance.

● Ensure proper material receipt, GRN, storage, inventory control, stock reconciliation, material issue and traceability.

Requirements:

● Good knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Automation components. ● Strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and MS Excel.

● Experience in process creation, SOP development, TAT definition and team management. ● Strong vendor negotiation, commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
