Ferrous Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to manage our commercial bidding and e-tendering processes. As a core part of our commercial team at the Tadali MIDC facility, your primary responsibility will be navigating online B2B portals, preparing comprehensive tender documents, and participating in live reverse auctions to secure contracts with India's largest power, cement, steel, and defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Management: End-to-end preparation, compilation, and timely submission of technical and commercial bids for government and private sector tenders.

- Portal Management: Register, update, and manage company profiles and information across various client B2B online portals (e.g., e-procurement sites, GeM, and private enterprise vendor portals).

- Reverse Auctions: Actively participate in and execute live online reverse auctions, requiring quick thinking, accuracy, and coordination with senior management.

- Commercial Documentation: Prepare accurate quotations, estimates, and required compliance documents, ensuring all submissions meet strict client guidelines.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the engineering, estimating, and management teams to gather the necessary technical data and pricing for bid submissions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Education:



Graduate or Diploma in any stream (Engineering backgrounds are a plus).

- Core Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and the capacity to work under strict submission deadlines.

- Technical Proficiency: Highly comfortable with navigating complex websites, online portals, MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools.

- Experience: Prior experience in e-tendering, online bidding, or working with vendor portals is highly preferred.

- Mindset: Sharp, alert, and comfortable in high-stakes digital environments (like live auctions).
